You can declare your interest in joining our clinic and becoming a patient of Asperia Medical Clinic by clicking the Join Our Waitlist Button and completing the form. We will reach out to you closer to our opening date and book you in for a meet and greet with your preferred physician.
In case of a medical emergency you should call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room. You can view the ER wait times here.
If you would like access to your medical records, please contact our office and submit a request in writing and sign the consent to release your medical records. Please be aware that there is a fee for this service as per the Health Information Act.
- The following uninsured services are NOT covered by the AHCIP:
- Transfer of medical records
- Telephone prescription renewals
- Travel advice and immunizations
- Some de-insured procedures (e.g., circumcision, wart removal)
- Forms, reports or letters*
- *You or a third party – such as an employer, insurance company, lawyer or school – may request your physician to complete a form, report, letter, etc. Provision of these types of uninsured services requires the time, expertise (and office materials) of your doctor and her/his staff. In some cases, a physical examination may also be required. You (or the third party) will be charged a fee to cover these costs.

We also provide support in completing disability forms ( AISH , DTC , EI ), Insurance and 3rd party medical reports.
